30-Day Deposit Back

Guarantee For any reason you are not satisfied with your apartment home during your first 30 days of residency or we are unable to accommodate your concerns, we will regretfully cancel your lease and return your security deposit if applicable* (less any damages and any rental concessions received upon move-in).**

24 Hour Maintenance

24 Hour Emergency Maintenance

Our communities guarantee a response to a maintenance request within 24 hours. If we do not respond and attempt to correct your problem within 24 hours, you will receive a credit on your next months rent for each day the problem remains unresolved after the 24-hour period.***

Rental Rewards

Rental Rewards

We appreciate your loyalty and continued residence and we want to show you just how much!  For every month that you pay your rent on or before the first day of the month, we will give you one free day of rent to be used at the end of your lease towards your lease renewal.  At the end of a twelve month lease you can have up to 12 days rent credit.  You can use your credit once your lease has been renewed.  This credit can be taken off of your first month’s rent of your new lease or to save for a rainy day.  You can also use your credit to purchase upgrades for your apartment at renewalrewards.com .  Renewal rewards do not carry over from year to year and must be used before the end of the renewal period for which they were earned.  Renewal rewards have not cash value and cannot be applied to damages or lease termination fees.
